Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee reception area – greeting clients, and serving them while they wait for their appointment

  • Answering the phone as soon as possible – doing intakes, scheduling, rescheduling, and referring clients as needed

  • Rescheduling clients at the window as needed

  • Managing waitlist

  • Follow-up calls to clients

  • Assist in keeping website, facebook page, Instagram account, and marketing up to date

  • Oversee hospitality area – keeping it stocked and clean, purchasing new items as needed

  • Administrative tasks as needed – making copies, organizing files, etc.

  • Assisting Director as needed 

Hours:

Monday – Thursday 7:50 am - 4:10 pm

Friday 7:50 am – 12 :10 pm

30-45 minute lunch break
