What happens after you reach out

    Within one business day.

  2. We help you choose

    Our office administrator listens to what you're looking for and suggests the counselor who fits best, or books you with the counselor you picked.

  3. Your first session

    Usually the same week, in our office or online, 50 minutes. Your first session is mostly a conversation, with nothing to prepare.

What it costs

$50 to $165

per 50-minute session, depending on your counselor
