Rhonda Gore
MFT, Life Coach
Rhonda Gore helps women and older teens who feel stuck in shame, anxiety, or defeat begin to see themselves through truth, experience safety in their story, and take steps toward peace and healing.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just need a safe place to tell the truth about your story.
Who Rhonda works with
Rhonda works with older teens, young adults, adult women, and senior women, many of whom are struggling to know their value and worth. They may be walking through spiritual concerns, life transitions, grief, anxiety, guilt, or shame, often after years of a coping approach that's stopped working.
Rhonda's approach
Rhonda is trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist and also serves as a Life Coach. Her style is relational, dialogical, and straightforward. She listens carefully and helps clients notice the lens through which they've been interpreting life. She sees counseling as a collaborative process, and healing as something client and counselor build together. For clients who want Christian integration, Rhonda helps explore the difference between religion and relationship, and whether false beliefs about God or self may be shaping the pain.

Common questions
Do you only work with women?+
Rhonda's practice is centered on women and older teen girls, though her approach draws on the same relational, straightforward style regardless of who's in the room. If you're not sure she's the right fit, reaching out is still a good first step. We can help match you with the right counselor.
What if I'm not sure counseling is even for me?+
That uncertainty is a completely normal place to start from. The first session is about getting to know your story, and you don't need to arrive with it all figured out.
Do you integrate faith into counseling?+
Yes, for clients who want it. Rhonda helps explore the difference between religion and relationship, and whether false beliefs about God or self may be shaping the pain, always at the client's own pace and invitation.
