You don't have to know. Many people come in with more than one thing going on: anxiety and a strained marriage, or grief that's touching the whole family. Tell us a little about what's happening, and we'll suggest a counselor and a place to start. You can always switch later.

What every service has in common
- The best clinical care. Our counselors use well-researched approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), exposure and response prevention (ERP), Gottman Method-informed couples work, family systems, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and art interventions.
- Faith at the center, never forced. Freedom brings together a biblical worldview, Christian theology, and the best clinical practice. If you'd rather not bring faith in, you'll get the same excellent care, and your counselor will follow your lead.
- Seen soon. Usually the same week, sometimes the next day.
- Prices posted up front. $50 to $165 per 50-minute session, depending on your counselor. HSA and FSA cards work, and we give you a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
When another kind of care fits better
We want you to get the right help, even when it isn't with us. Freedom doesn't provide psychiatric care or medication management, so for severe mental illness that needs it, we'll help you find the right next step. We also see children 8 and up; for younger children, we'll gladly point you toward someone who specializes in early childhood.
