These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Freedom Counseling Services website (the "Site"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
This Site is not a substitute for emergency care
This Site and its contact forms are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for emergencies. If you are in a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7, or call 911.
About the information on this Site
The content on this Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, and counselor profiles — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using this Site does not create a counselor-client relationship. A counselor-client relationship begins only once you've scheduled and begun an appointment with one of our counselors.
Appointment requests
Submitting a request through this Site is not a confirmed appointment. Our office administrator will follow up to schedule a time that works for you. We reserve the right to decline to schedule an appointment at our discretion, including if we determine a client's needs would be better served by a different provider.
Acceptable use
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, images, and design — belongs to Freedom Counseling Services or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
