Training & Modalities
Who Staci works with
Staci works with adults, couples, and families, especially those navigating grief, life transitions, spiritual concerns, perfectionism, and relational distress. Her ideal clients are open to a holistic approach that considers the whole person: biological, psychological, social, and spiritual.
Staci's approach
Staci is an LPCA with a Master of Arts in Counseling, EMDR trained, and a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator. Her style is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, holistic, and person-centered, drawing from CBT, ACT, EMDR, and attachment work. Counseling with Staci is a judgment-free, pressure-free space. You're free to move at a pace that respects your readiness. When clients want Christian integration, she may use prayer, mindfulness, Scripture, and spiritual reflection aligned with their values.
What to expect in your first session
Share your whole story
We'll start with your story — biological, psychological, social, and spiritual — not just the symptom that brought you in.
Move at your own pace
There's no pressure to move faster than feels safe.
Identify your patterns
We'll begin identifying what patterns or experiences might be shaping how you feel today.
Explore EMDR if it fits
If EMDR feels like a fit for your situation, we'll talk through what that process looks like.
Leave with a next step
You'll leave with one small, doable step toward the next session.

Getting started with Staci
The best next step is to call the office and begin scheduling. The first session focuses on understanding your story (emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual) before moving into building trust and taking practical next steps.
Common questions
What is EMDR and is it right for me?+
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based method for helping the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories. Staci is EMDR trained and can talk through whether it's a fit for your specific situation once she understands your story.
Do you work with couples or just individuals?+
Both. Staci works with adults, couples, and families. The format depends on what you're navigating and what would be most helpful.
I'm nervous about starting counseling. Is that normal?+
Very. Feeling nervous before a first session is one of the most common experiences new clients describe, and it doesn't need to go away before you reach out.
